Avocado and cherry salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 cups of spring mix
  • 100 gr feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp sesame seeds
  • 0.5 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and black pepper

Preparation:

Wash spring mix, cherry, avocado and lemon. Peel avocado and cut it in cubes. Squeeze the lemon, crumble feta and slice tomatoes in two.
Mix all ingredients and season it well with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and sesame seeds.

The taste and healthiness of this classic avocado salad is improved by adding seeds. There are so many of them. Choose your favorite!
