Baked Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of broccoli
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 sweet red peppers
  • 2 cup of mushrooms
  • Black pepper,salt, oregano, rosemary
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Wash and drain all fresh veggies. Peel carrot and onion, cut broccoli, red pepper and mushrooms. Place veggies on a parchment sheet, pour olive oil on, season and bake them in the preheated oven (350 F) for 20-25  minutes, until cooked.
