Chicken pate with celery & avocado


  • 1 Chicken breast, fully cooked
  • 0.5 cup of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbs of Greek yogurt
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 raw onion
  • Salt, pepper


Add 1.5 liters of a fresh water to a pan. Cook the chicken breast for 20-30 minutes. Finely chop the chicken breast, onion, celery and avocado. Mix in a small plate yogurt, salt, pepper and lime juice. Combine chopped ingredients with prepared dressing. Serve it on organic vegan crackers or any cracker that you like. Decorate each canape with dill.
