Grilled Steak


  • 4 boneless strip steaks
  • coconut oil for grill coating
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • any green salad
  • tomatoes


Combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Generously mix steaks with marinade and let it stay at room temperature for 20 minutes. Preheat the grill pan over high, slightly coat with coconut oil. Position steaks on the pan, cook to desired degree of doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium. Remove steaks from pan and place on a cutting board, let it stay 5 more minutes. Cut across the grain into thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
