Ingredients:
Eggs 1
Cottage cheese 300 g.
Rice or regular flower 100 g.
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Salt 1/4 tbs.
Sunflower oil 2 tbs
Cinnamon, vanilla, sugar
Preparation:
Mix eggs and cottage cheese, add flour, salt and baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and raw sugar. Form a little ball and press it. Preheat the pan, add oil and put bolls to. Grille it on one site for 1 minute and turn in to the other site.
