- chickpeas – 1 can
- extra virgin olive oil – 3 tbs
- garlic – 2 gloves
- black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 medium lime
- water 50 ml.
- parsley for decoration
- sugar for the marinade
In a food processor, blend chickpeas with olive oil, garlic, lime juice, water, black pepper, salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper until smooth and creamy. Chop the red onion and let it marinate for 10 minutes in vinegar and sugar. You can add some oil drops and parsley on the top.
Serve with veggies, iceberg salad or any crackers.
