Shrimp and quail egg salad.


  • 5 quail’s eggs
  • 1 cup diced spring mix
  • 0.5 cup cherry
  • 1 lime, cut into segments


Bring water to boil, place eggs and let them cook for 6 min. Wash the spring mix, tomatoes and lime. Cook shrimp in a boiling water no longer than 5-8 minutes, watch them to turn pink.
Cut two tomatoes and eggs into slices. Mix together spring mix, tomatoes, eggs and shrimp. Squeeze the lime, add salt and black pepper.
