Stuffed avocado


  • 4 avocados
  • 1% cottage cheese, 150 gr.
  • 20 gr. (1tbs) of  the plain yogurt  (low in calorie)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, black pepper
  • 2 cups of spring mix
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh dill, finely chopped


Wash spring mix, cherry, dill and avocado. Cut avocado in two, slice tomatoes in two, mix all ingredients and season them well with salt and pepper. Crush garlic with the garlic press. Mix cottage cheese, chopped dill, yogurt and pressed garlic. Season it well with salt and pepper. Scoop this mix into avocado halves.
