The food of the Gods

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of the milk
  • 1 fresh pepper, sliced
  • tomatoes cherry
  • 0.5 medium raw onion, chopped
  • 1.5 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and black pepper, basil
  • 1 Bocconcini
  • Balsamic vinegar for dressing

Preparation:

Preheat olive oil in a frying pan, add the sliced pepper. Stir it for 2 minutes on the medium heat.  Add onion and stir it again. Season with salt, pepper and basil and cook for about 3 minutes. Then mix eggs and milk in a medium bowl, beat them up. Pour in a pan and cook at low heat for 2-3 minutes, steering it slightly. Slice a Boccaccio ball, put it on the dish and dress it with Balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
