Ingredients:
- 1 tuna can
- 2 cup spinach
- 2 cucumber
- 0.5 red onion
- 1 cup cherry
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice.
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- parsley
Preparation:
Wash spinach, cucumber, tomatoes and lemon. Cut tomatoes in two, while cucumbers and onion into slices. For the sauce, mix dijon mustard, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add tuna can to the salad and chop the parsley.
