Turkey meatballs

  • 1 kg turkey ground meat
  • Salt, black & red pepper, oregano, paprika
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 medium carrot peeled
  • 1 bell red pepper
  • 3-4 tbs. flour for rolling

Preparation:

Grate carrot and bell pepper, process onion in a blender, chop parsley, beat in an egg. In a bowl combine ground meat, parsley, bell pepper, carrot, onion and season generously with spices. Form little meatballs. Roll each meatball on the plate with flour on two sites. Place them on a parchment paper and bake them in the preheated oven (350 F) for 20-35 minutes, until they are brown.
