- 1 kg turkey stuffing
- Salt, black & red pepper, oregano, whole tarragon
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 250 gr. of Bow-Tie pasta
- 1 tbs. of butter
Peel an onion and chop it. Process onion in a blender; chop parsley; beat an egg. In a bowl combine stuffing, parsley, onion and season generously with condiment. Form a little meatballs. Place them on a parchment sheet and bake them in the preheated oven (350 F) for 20-30 minutes, until the are brown. Boil water in a large pot. Salt the water with at least a tablespoon. Add pasta. Stir the pasta. Test it. Drain it. Wash the cooked pasta with a cold water; add 1 tbs of butter and mix it. Place the cooked meatballs over the pasta and serve it with fresh parsley.
